Curated Cadence Interiors was born from a lifelong appreciation for the connection between people, places, and the spaces we call home.

With a background shaped by travel, cultural immersion, and a love of history and architecture, Camille Howard approaches design as storytelling — layering color, texture, art, and meaningful details to create homes that feel personal and timeless.

Having lived abroad and experienced cultures across the world, Camille brings a global perspective to every project, creating interiors that feel collected, intentional, and uniquely reflective of the people who live there.

Outside the studio, Camille finds inspiration through travel, museums, historic architecture, and shared meals around the table — experiences that continue to shape her belief that the most meaningful homes are those that tell a story.

I've always been fascinated by the stories places can tell. Long before I became an interior designer, I found inspiration in historic architecture, museums, and the traditions that make cultures around the world so distinctive. I believe the most meaningful spaces are those that reflect the lives, memories, and experiences of the people who call them home.

Living overseas as a missionary and traveling throughout the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa deepened that appreciation and broadened my perspective on design. Immersing myself in different cultures—and becoming fluent in Spanish and Portuguese—allowed me to experience firsthand how art, craftsmanship, color, and tradition shape the way people live and gather. Those experiences continue to influence every project I create.

Whether it's incorporating artwork that reflects a client's heritage, layering natural textures inspired by travel, or designing a room that evokes a feeling—like the tranquility of the ocean or the richness of nature—I strive to create interiors that feel collected rather than decorated. Every design is thoughtfully curated to tell a story that is authentic, timeless, and deeply personal.
